Old Town

Old Town is Midtown's historic & walkable haven. It is one of Tallahassee's most enduring and charming midtown neighborhoods, and boasts tree-lined streets, preserved architecture, and a community that blends history with accessibility. It's rich history dates back to the 1800s, and features many homes built in the 1930s and 1940s including bungalows and brick colonials. It is nestled under live oaks and dogwoods, creating a tranquil neighborhood feel. Old Town is also home to several schools, close to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and about a mile from the Capitol and Downtown.
