Homebuyer Class & Workshop

We'll debunk common homebuying myths, then take a look at the Tallahassee real estate market, and explain how those stats are affecting todays homebuyers. From there, you will learn about the homebuying process (with helpful checklists) from start to after closing from local Realtors and lenders.

Bring all the questions you've ever wanted to ask about buying a home! Light refreshments will be provided, along with workbooks and pens so you can follow along with the experts and take notes. Time will also be provided before and after the workshop for questions specific to your situation.

We understand sometimes you've gotta bring the kiddos along, so (immediately next to the workshop, about 20 feet away and within eyesight) there will be a small seating area with some toys and coloring sheets. You will be responsible for your children, but are welcome to bring them along.

Yes! There are several handicapped accessible parking spaces in the parking lots immediately next to the building, a wheelchair ramp at the entrance door, and accessible seating in the workshop.
