Built in the early 2000s, Piney Z Plantation is a unique community comprised of diverse neighborhoods, including Eagleview. Piney Z is home to a community center, gym, swimming pool, picnic areas, and a playground. It also boarders Tom Brown (one of Tallahassee's largest parks), as well as a bald eagle habitat.
